Vertigo58 Posted April 16, 2008 Share Posted April 16, 2008 What exactly was the Catholic Novitiate on Almeda Road near the St. Anthony House? Looking at a City of Houston map dated 1947 and I see this listed as "Catholic Novate" which I believe is misspelled. Edit: Another Houston map from 1956 lists this as "Sacred Heart Dominican College And Novitiate". So this was the original campus for the Dominican Sisters of Houston?
