Highrise Tower Posted February 8, 2023 Share Posted February 8, 2023 I found this awesome building in an old issue of The Bellaire & Southwestern Texan dated January 5, 1972. The building is so simple, but so cool at the same time! In speaking of time and history, 1972 was fairly recent. Does anyone remember this place? Liberty Savings completes new office. Liberty Savings Association, one of Houston's oldest savings institutions, has complete its first branch office and John Huff has ben named manager. To celebrate, an open house is being held through Jan. 15, with refreshments, gifts, and a drawing for a color television as part of the festivities. Located at 3401 W. Holcombe, the Southwest Brach features drive-up windows, lobby, and a director's room which can be utilized for community functions.
