Highrise Tower Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 I was browsing the newspaper The Bellaire Texan dated September 21, 1960 and came across a classified listing that mentioned the business Bellaire Turnpike Go-Kart Race Track At 5433 Richmond Road, now Bissonnet Street. Does anyone have any memories here? Any pictures of the place? I tried looking on old images but I cannot locate the go-kart place. Maybe it was a smaller indoor track? This would have been at the intersection of Bissonnet and Chimney Rock.
