That looks really good and the whole 610 system should be painted! That's the Wave Scheme used by TxDOT Houston District Green Ribbon Project. They started doing this about 20 years ago on most projects in the Houston District. I've noticed that projects in the Beaumont and Yoakum Districts close to the Houston District have used this too, namely on 99 East in Liberty and Chambers County, US 59 in Liberty County, I-10 in Austin County and US 59 in Wharton County.
