On the property is a 1,871 sf house built in 1950. According to county records, the building was remodeled in 2011. In addition to the unknown bar planned for 1217 W 20th St, Clé Group has another bar on West 20th Street. The hospitality group acquired The Heights Social a few months ago. It's located at 1213 W 20th St. Further down West 20th, Blvd Park is under construction at 1119 W 20th St. Blvd Park is a new bar / club concept from Clé Group. There may be a dining component included. I am not for sure. Next to Blvd Park at 1115 W 20th is another Cle Group concept in the works. I assume Cle Group's bar concept at 1217 W 20th St will likely include the adjacent 1210 W 21st St parcel. As previously mentioned, 1210 W 21st St is also owned by Heights West 20th Interests LLC. The person isn't involved in this establishment, but has joint projects with Clé Group. According to what I was told, Say No Mas will mainly be a bar. No further details were divulged. Hopefully, there will be more information in the coming weeks about Say No Mas. Say No Mas is the latest Cle Group nightlife concept.
