Staff said they are going to demolish the existing restaurant and build a new on the western part of the plat. While an opening date has not been set, the new location will only be a few steps away at 1201 South Shepherd, where the office for the couple’s H Town Restaurant Group is currently located. Permits have been filed for the estimated $2.25 million project slated to finish by November next year, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The new space is expected to span two floors and 6,600 square feet compared to the current 4,500 square feet.
