IntheKnowHouston
5200 North Main St is located in the Greater Heights area. I think this in the Montie Beach neighborhood. Located on the property is Shipley Do-Nuts' headquarters. The property is on the corner of Winston St.

IntheKnowHouston
In the fall of 2021, Shipley Do-Nuts announced the relocation of its headquarters. The location of the new headquarters is the former Finger Furniture store at 4001 Gulf Freeway. It will include a training facility and a flagship doughnut shop. Lovett Commercial's constructing a mixed-use development at the former Finger site. Named Coog's Crossing, the development will be located at 3895 Gulf Freeway and 4001 Gulf Freeway. As for the existing headquarters and manufacturing facility at 5200 N Main St, The Leader wrote this in 2021: The future of the building at 5200 N. Main is unclear as Rutledge said it will remain under the ownership of the Shipley family and its other businesses. Lawrence Shipley III still offices out of the building, Rutledge said. Shipley Do-Nuts was acquired by Austin-based Peak Rock Capital in January, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal. https://www.theleadernews.com/shipley-do-nuts-moving-headquarters-out-of-heights/article_857616e0-3c51-11ec-94fc-6f5da86dbc65.html https://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/real-estate/article/Shipley-Do-Nuts-plans-experiential-HQ-at-16573075.php https://houston.culturemap.com/news/real-estate/11-01-21-shipley-donuts-new-corporate-headquarters-gulf-freeway/
IntheKnowHouston
Last week, Shipley Holding Corp. filed an application for the trademark Shipley Heights District. Also, a web domain for Shipley Heights District was registered over the summer. I assume Shipley Heights District is something in planning for 5200 N Main St. However, I could be wrong (this is why I didn't include Shipley Do-Nuts Headquarters as the title of the topic - I'm unsure what's planned for this site). Regardless, the application states the "trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of real estate management services relating to entertainment venues; Real estate management services relating to shopping centers; Real estate services, namely, rental, brokerage, leasing and management of commercial property, offices and office space." Goods and services information included in the trademark application: IC 036. US 100 102 101. G & S: Real estate management services relating to entertainment venues; Real estate management services relating to shopping centers; Real estate services, namely, rental, brokerage, leasing and management of commercial property, offices and office space IC 037. US 103 106 100. G & S: Real estate development; Real estate development and construction of commercial, residential and hotel property; Real estate development services in the field of residential, commercial, entertainment, hotel, retail, food and beverage, mixed-use property and shopping centers; Providing information about real estate development via a website IC 041. US 107 100 101. Map of the aforementioned properties, including 5200 N Main St and adjoining parcels are outlined below. Based off HCAD information, Shipley Holding Corp. doesn't own the following properties (but I may be wrong): 5200 Michaux St 6 (outlined in blue in the map below) 1005 Winston St (outlined in purple in the map below) 1002 Walling St (outlined in green in the map below)
