Edit: Maybe this is an old street.  Thought I would submit the posting regardless.

 A new street appeared in the Texas Medical Center this week.   The boulevard sits just right outside of TMC Helix Park by the proposed hotel parcel.  The new street also is an entrance to the Baylor College of Medicine McNair campus.

Some background on the couple here. Very awesome people! They are both very involved with hospitals and helping others.

Corbin J. Robertson, Jr., is President of Quintana Minerals Corp. and Natural Resource Partners, and serves on the boards of numerous corporations and industry organizations.

Corbin Robertson is on the Board of Baylor College of Medicine, the Texas Medical Center and Chairman of the Board of the Blue Bird Circle Foundation. He is Chairman of the World Health and Golf Association and Chairman of the Cullen Trust for Higher Education. He also serves on the Boards of The Kinkaid School, Texas Medical Center, Texas Heart Institute, The University of Texas Development Board, and as Advisory Director of St. Luke’s Hospital. He received the University of Houston Hugh Roy Cullen Award for Distinguished Service in 1988. Corbin has been induced into the Texas Business Hall of Fame and been named a Texas Gridiron Legend, and one of the first Men of Distinction.

Barbara has chaired events for Bayou Bend, the Houston Museum of Natural Science and The Council on Alcohol and Drugs Houston. She has been involved with The Junior League of Houston, The Menninger Clinic Board of Visitors and Leadership Council, St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, The Partnership for Baylor College of Medicine, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital Friends of Nursing, Covenant House Texas Guild and Friends of Hospice at the Texas Medical Center. She has been honored by the Mental Health Association of Texas, United Cerebral Palsy’s “Hats Off to Mothers” award, the Alley Theatre Ball honoring the women of the Cullen family and The Cancer League. An interior designer and owner of Circa Collections, her hobbies include antiques, needlepoint, gardening, fishing and hunting.
