I didn't take any screenshots. However, if anyone is interested, you can visit the link below to view the video. Blue Tuba is an Euro-Tex restaurant located at 350 W 19th St, Suite E. It takes over the second floor and terrace space previously occupied by Harold's. The article doesn't cover the restaurant's remodel, but it does provide further insight into the eatery's concept. Suite C is the former downstairs unit last occupied by Alli Jarret's restaurant Harold's. Jarret also owns the building. A business named Kappa Bar was slated to takeover the space. However, that no longer seems to be in play. Circa Realty operated out of suite D prior to relocating to 603 W 11th St. I'm not sure if the landlord is looking to lease both units or plans to combine them into a singular unit. There is a floor plan depicting suites C and D as one unit at 5,307 sf. There is also a concept floor plan showing two units available for lease. One unit is 1,307 sf. The other unit is 4,000 sf.
