Highrise Tower Posted July 4 Share Posted July 4 In 1906, there was a school in Houston called Third Ward School. Do we know where exactly this was located? I wonder if the name was eventually changed to honor someone of importance? Do we know the Architect? Edit: In 1901, Local press reports state that the School Board will receive vids Dec. 21, for erecting a 3-story brick school in the 3rd Ward, to cost about $18,000; also an addition to the Cascara School.
