Highrise Tower Posted July 4 Share Posted July 4 In 1921, the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) built their Downtown Branch AKA Metropolitan Offices AKA Activities Building at 1320 Rusk Street. The building was designed by 3 Houston "Star Architects" which is really impressive. Birdsall Briscoe, Maurice Sullivan, and William Ward Watkin all collaborated to design this building.
