Highrise Tower Posted July 13 Author Share Posted July 13 Solved the confusion. This is the 2nd iteration of Rice Hotel. Abraham Groesbeck bought the Capitol Hotel from the Allen family and redeveloped the hotel. Once Abraham Groesbeck died, William Marsh Rice bought it. George Dickey designed the hotel.
