Highrise Tower Posted July 13 Share Posted July 13 In 1945, the architect Harvin C. Moore designed the office building for Dincans Lumber Company. This lumber company owned by D.J. Dincans and was in modern-day West University. Located at the intersection of Bissonnet and Kirby, where the present-day Bank of America is. Or their parking lot at least.
