Highrise Tower
In 1927, Joseph Finger designed the Cotton Building that was across the street from the historical Cotton Exchange Building. At first I thought this was built by the same developer as Hotel Cotton, Almon Cotton. However, I am reading that this office building served as an overflow/annex to the Cotton Exchange Building. The Cotton Building has since been demolished and replaced with an office with a garage on top.
