j.33
Looks like the first courtyard style development is being proposed after the Ch. 42 Livable Changes Ordinance was passed in 2023. Livable Places encourages this type of development! This is on the northeast corner of Amber Street and Wallace Street in the Northline Neighborhood. The proposed development calls for 5 single-family homes surrounding a courtyard with a parking lot to the east. Very cool to see this development happen. Planning Commission will host a public hearing on July 25th.

hindesky
This was deferred by the Planning Commission because of possible deed restrictions. The camera operator didn't show any slides for this and many other plats submitted for today's meeting. ☹️ Edited July 25 by hindesky

hindesky
Planning Commission deferred at the applicant's request to meet with legal as this may not meet the minimum lot size per the deed restrictions
hindesky
The Planning Commission was going to deny this because the plat doesn't meet the deeds minimum size lot of 5000' for the area. But gave the developer's lawyer a 30 day deferral to attempt to change the deeds. 3
