Highrise Tower Posted July 20 Share Posted July 20 In 1914, the St. James Apartments were built. I still haven't figured the architect so if anyone knows let me know. These were way before their time. Reminds me of a building in Upper Kirby or Highland Village! I love the cantilevered/extending roof.
