Highrise Tower Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 Interesting to note that this drawing is mentioned as "New", meaning there was a previous building, or location, of this department store? Or maybe it was specified as a brand new company having a grand opening. This 1907 building was under ownership of Conrad Bering, and he let the Alkemeyer Company build and lease the parcel.
