Highrise Tower Posted September 7 Share Posted September 7 In 1923, Houston's City Architect, W.A. Dowdy, designed the Fire Station Number 16 in Montrose at Westheimer Road and Yupon Street. Looking on Google Maps, there's a surface parking lot there now. Although, I'm not exactly sure which corner the fire station was at.
