Evidently these deed restrictions allow multi-family to continue if there was multi-family on site before the deed restrictions were implemented. The MUR they are proposing is residential use. hindesky Posted 5 hours ago Author Share Posted 5 hours ago Planning Commission deferred this so the staff can confirm with the developer and legal on the deed restrictions of the neighborhood. 5 neighbors spoke against it, some bringing up other developments done by this and others which don't apply to this variance request. Staff said there is a 24' height restriction on this block. Commission warned the neighbors if this request meets all the criteria and deeds it will be a "shall approve" item.
