NYC Texan2
At long last, Studemont is open to 2-way traffic from White Oak to at least 11th . . . My wife and I can't even remember what Studemont was like before they tore up the street. . . It must have been 18 months ago??

If anyone wants to share their recollections, perhaps we should move this to the Historic Houston section?
wendyps
I saw that on Friday and a chorus of Hallelujah went through my head
Lowbrow
Now who thought up putting sidewalks in the Heights??? I love the changes. Lots of businesses moving into the area. Interesting restaurants and the like. I went to the Heights the other day for dinner and all I could think was... I just traveled to the heights to have dinner... wow. NYC Texan2
When certain senior "ladies who lunch" who I know go to the Heights for lunch at Shade, you know things are changing.
native_Houstonian
Ok, I didn't know which thread to put this under. I too, experienced the thrill of once again driving down Studewood last night. Passed by The Glass Wall which looks very nice. Can't wait to give that place a try - maybe have a cocktail or two.
