lockmat
I'm not sure, my blackberry won't let me click on the "view recommendations" button. Can you? Normally it says the address of the project I believe. I'm not sure, my blackberry won't let me click on the "view recommendations" button. Can you? fatesdisastr
I don't believe I can see what that link was supposed to take me to. The only thing I saw was about the DRC System and a new platting fee.

lockmat
Wow, it's on that little tract of land bounded by Webster, West Webster and Cushing per the .pdf DrLan provided. That seems like a really small tract.map http://goo.gl/YlAco
Nole23
Yea i walked by that triangular piece of land not too long ago. I'm not sure how they are going to fit a parking garage on there, but I'm assumming its just for a few spaces anyways.
Pumapayam
Nice find DrLan. That is an amazingly small plot of land. But they did good if that what they plan to build. Efficient.

wernicke
Are they starting on phase four before three even breaks ground?! The housing crash was a blessing in disguise for apt developers, dang! They applied for a variance today at the Planning Commission.http://ataps1.pd.ci....ng+Calendar.nsfThere was no disguise. Jax
Is there going to be retail like the rest of Midtown Square?
lockmat
Is there going to be retail like the rest of Midtown Square?I could be wrong, but from what I've seen so far, I don't think so.
Purdueenginerd
I could be wrong, but from what I've seen so far, I don't think so. I asked the leasing office and they stated there will be retail on grey for phase III.The little lot deemed phase IV will have no retail.
Jax
Cool. The rendering didn't really show it but I'm glad they are planning for retail. That section of Midtown is pretty cool and a lot of the street retail / restaurants / bars / cafes / etc seem to be very successful so it makes sense that they would build more.
Triton
Yea, it's really cool that this project is going ahead. This is probably my favorite part of Midtown since you can just chill at Cafe Layal, smoke hookah, and just watch the world drive by on Grey. Can't wait to see the shops that decide to come in to this development.
Jax
This isn't the greatest photo (taken with an iPhone in Montrose), but it's nice to see some cranes on the horizon!
DrLan34
i heard there was a lot of opposition regarding phase IV, not sure from who or why. The last variance request scheduled for presentation on Feb16th was pulled from the agenda and i haven't heard anything since. Anyone have any information?
kdog08
I'm pretty sure I got my bearings right and this is indeed the phase 4 update as I took these pics from Webster and Cushing. lockmat
I could be wrong, but I think those are of phase 3. If not, where is phase 3? I think phase 4 is the little lot to the south of it with the containers. Edited March 4, 2012 by lockmat

Anyone know if there is still opposition against Phase IV going up?I was pretty unsure what phase of the project is being constructed, but the garage was facing from me north along Webster St, not to be confused with W. Webster St. I took this picture facing north from Webster and Cushing, right along W Webster St.MapFrom my angle it seemed the garage was placed between Cushing, W Gray, Valentine, and Webster St. In conclusion, I have no idea what to call this project. DrLan34
yes all of these pictures are of phase III, i have not heard any resolution on phase IV, that lot is currently where the construction trailor is sitting just south of the construction picturesgreat pictures by the way... i wonder what west gray will look like in 3 years??? Purdueenginerd
Dumb question: I drove by there recently but it looks like they built a second parking garage North of the main project. It was roughly at the block bounded by Victor, Cushing, and Cleveland... Is that Post Midtown's doing as well or a separate project?
