Is there a warning label on the Mentos box telling you not to eat 15 of those things and then chug a Diet Coke. Wow, that would probably not feel too good. One of the things that works best is to put a few in the cap (if you can, it's tricky) and screw the cap on really fast, then hurl it through the air. It's an impressive explosion.
