cloud713
there was supposed to be a Presidential Park on 288, between Pearland and Bass Pro, across from a development called Water Works i believe (was supposed to be similar to The Woodlands waterway) which like you said, never got off the ground after the recession hit. IronTiger
The Beatles were originally supposed to be sited at the corner of Shepherd and I-10.Gee, whatever for? Depending on which corner you're referring to, there's a bail bonds building, a tire shop, and two gas stations.
Howard Huge
The Beatles were originally supposed to be sited at the corner of Shepherd and I-10.Actually they were supposed to be at Thompson and I-10 where the "We love Houston" sign currently is but David Adickes (the sculptor behind the Beatles statues, the we love houston sign, the presidents heads and the 76 foot tall Sam Houston sculpture in Huntsville) decided they were too tall for that location and went with the we love houston sign instead.
