flipper
What's your favorite "feature" in your house?Big or small, doesn't matter. An art niche? Double Refrigerators? TV in the kitchen? Frameless shower enclosure? Tankless hot water? Decorative plugs and switches? Exterior fountain? Fancy moulding? A certain flooring?Have at it!flipper
Houston1stWordOnTheMoon
My shelter. Protects up to 12 adults in relative comfort up to 8 weeks. Had it installed the same time the pool was put in as to not draw attention from the neighbors. Never can be too prepared for whatever lif may throw at you, be it natural or man made;):)

torvald
not sure what to call it. a compartmentalized floorplan? there are many small rooms versus a large open floor plan. more intimate i guess. i know that may not be the most desirable thing for many people --- i know lofts arethe thing right now. it may also be remnants of my time living up north, the older houses had more small rooms. instead of a huge living room, there would be a study, library, den and a living room. not huge multi-tasked rooms but smaller specificones.gives more privacy and it's quieter too. My Porchthat's a hell of a porch, by the way... Edited August 16, 2006 by torvald

rps324
I love the 25 feet of space I have on my side of the fence on my side yard before my neighbor's property starts and they add their own 25 feet or so.

Norhill Dennis
It's a toss-up between my home theater with speakers all over the house or my air tub in the master bath. It's the best massage bath I've ever had! ;-)Dennis
jgs1419
I like the trailer hitch on the master bedroom wing. It's good for storing propane bottles; gives me a place to stack spare tires and provides that secure feeling that if I lose my hook up, I can always move on. Guest Sebastian De La Ghetto
My seamless shower with rain shower head thingy. Mark F. Barnes, you have a house made of lincoln logs. That is awesome. That porch is bigger than my whole house.
Jersey01
I live in a loft, and my favorit part is that I have a 6'x26' gallery with 28' ceilings and retro lights in my entry. My father is a photographer so it is a great space to show giant b&w photos that he has done over the years, and I am very proud of his talent. mpbro
It has to be the 36" wide, 1952 glass pocket door between the foyer and the den!
Subdude
Hmm. I seem to be lacking any particularly exciting features. This is dumb, but one thing I do like is that the big walk-in closet is in the bathroom, not the bedroom.
TJones
I actually like my heated pool best. I know it is technically OUTSIDE my house, but it is still part of the deal if I sell.
