musicman
LinkGawd awful asking rates.Residents are complaining that the only new businesses are banks, cvs, etc. With high rents, the small business owner is really at a disadvantage. Shouldn't be a surprise to anyone banks, cvs comprise much of the new construction.

lockmat
Has anyone looked at flyer? I wonder what is in the space where the parking specs are. I hope it's not just nothing. And is that parking lot already there? Seems like they could have done a better job at hiding it from street view.

What they outline on that map as the "site" does not include the space you refer to, so I presume they do not own that piece of property. Dan the Man
This is going to be a Wachovia Bank. The blank area on the site plan is currently occupied by an old house.
