I have lived in Broadmoor area since 1969 and have never gone on one of these tours. Sure will bring back lots of memories growing up there. Most of the childhood friends I knew lived in some grand homes along Dumble streets and the surrounding neighborhood. Many of the homes gone now due to development of course. Maybe you can resend the notice!?
