It will be big. Parcel 7 is 4.7 acres so it will be significant.

Back on Parcel 2 for the Vitol building, the first tower crane base that was set is gaining some height this morning!

I'm confused. The Birdsall is for-sale condos? I thought it was either a hotel, or high-end rentals.

The Birdsall will be 44 private residences within the Auberge Resort Hotel (I think the upper floors).

Thanks, I remember reading that. Memory aint worth sh!t.

I signed up for more info. Curious about prices, availability, floor plans, etc. I live in a condo nearby, always like to see how prices compare.

Collection coming to the new development The RO by Transwestern Development
Company. Groundbreaking on The RO has begun with the hotel and residences'
groundbreaking quickly approaching this October. We will have 42
residences and two penthouses ranging in size from 2,886 SF to 5,441
SF for the residences (2-4 bedrooms) and 7,948 SF for the penthouses.
Pricing starts close to $4.8M and we have just begun actively selling since
May of this year. Residences will be private from the hotel and have its

If my math is correct, that's north of $1600/SQFT, which would be the priciest condos in town, by a factor of two. The River Oaks has been $800/900 sqft lately, and The Huntingdon, 2727 Kirby & Giorgetti $500/600. 

It also mentioned groundbreaking in October.

All of Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be completed by April 2027?
