This fall, Houston's newest urban park, Discovery Green, will be home to "Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet." The public art exhibit will feature 50 super-sized Cool Globes that each convey a different message about what ordinary citizens can do to combat global warming. The five-foot diameter, seven-foot-tall globes will be decorated by local, national and international artists.

Art of Living is organizing a free session on "Mind, Body Wellness & Stress Management" at the Cinco Ranch Library in Katy on Oct 31st. This is an introduction to the Art of Living workshop. In the session you will learn some very simple yet effective breathing techniques (that you can practice everyday) apart from other things and also experience a guided meditation.
The session is free but you need to RSVP to attend. See flyer below to RSVP.
This session is open to all. So feel free to invite others.
