Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the smash hit Broadway musical, is coming to Houston. Seen by more than 35 million people worldwide in 21 countries, Disney's Beauty and the Beast is a classic musical love story filled with unforgettable characters, lavish sets and costumes, and dazzling production numbers including "Be Our Guest" and the beloved title song.
The original creators of the Broadway production are together again for this new touring production. The play is directed by Rob Roth and choreographed by Matt West, with costume design by Ann Hould-Ward (Tony Award® winner for her work on Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST), lighting design by Natasha Katz, scenic design by Stanley A. Meyer, sound design by John Petrafesa Jr., music supervision by Micahel Kosarin, music by Alan Menken, lyrics by the late Howard Ashman and additional lyrics by Tim Rice.

The epitome of the new way to socialize “a la Houston Social Source style” is at Sundown at the Grove, the super swank summer happy hour series at Houston’s coolest after-work hotspot. And for the season finale on Wednesday, September 26, HSS has the “in”. Complimentary light bites and signature cocktails at happy hour prices will be served as we gather in the shade of downtown.
Urban Houstonians in the know and the HSS clique that’s been having fun all summer long, will be chilling out to the sounds of Moodafaruka, sharing stories of summer flings and planning on upcoming fall fetes.
* Sundown at the Grove’s season finale will be on Grace Event Lawn in Discovery Green located directly behind The Grove.
* Valet parking available at The Grove, street parking (which is free after 6 pm) and underground garage parking off of Avenida de Las Americas.

Proud to memorialize and celebrate what makes her hometown unique and exciting, Leah created one of her most treasured accomplishments: "Houston: Our Roots Are Strong," a collection of original songs about Houston’s landmarks in honor of the city’s 175th birthday. Join us as she plays selections from this, her latest of four albums, as well as a variety of other songs.
